Severe Punishments for Crimes against Black Soil Resources, Supreme Courts Issue Latest Judicial Interpretation.

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Black Soil, strengthen the protection of black soil resources, and severely punish illegal excavation and destruction of black soil resources and ecological environment, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate today issued the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases Involving the Destruction of Black Soil Resources".
