CICC International has adjusted its financial forecasts for Country Garden Services after analyzing its 2024 fiscal year report and providing more detailed information. In 2024, Country Garden Services' revenue increased by 3.2% year-on-year to 43.99 billion Chinese yuan, with an overall gross profit margin decreasing by 1.4 percentage points to 19.1%. Core business revenue accounted for approximately 87% in 2024, while non-owner value-added services income, which is most affected by market conditions, only accounted for about 1.6% of total revenue for the year.
