On May 6th, CATL announced in the morning that, in accordance with the arrangement, the company has published the overseas listing foreign capital stock issuance hearing documents on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. The hearing documents were published by the company in accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, and are solely intended to provide information to the Hong Kong public and qualified investors. At the same time, the hearing documents are draft versions, and the information contained in them may be updated and changed in a timely manner.
