On May 5th, the parent company of the communication application TeleMessage, Smarsh, announced that the company's instant messaging application was temporarily suspended due to a hacker attack. Last week, former national security adviser to the US President Trump resigned because he used this app during cabinet meetings. "TeleMessage is investigating a potential security incident," a spokesperson for Smarsh, the company operating the application, said.
