The International Court rejected Sudan's lawsuit against the United Arab Emirates.

The International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands, rejected on May 5th Sudan's lawsuit against the United Arab Emirates for allegedly interfering in the issue of Darfur. The International Court of Justice stated that it had no jurisdiction to rule on the matter. The judges of the International Court of Justice stated that the case has been dismissed.
