Mexican President Lpez Obrador said in a daily press conference on Monday that in the five recent calls with US President Trump, the communication between the two sides has been smooth, allowing for several agreements to be reached. Lpez Obrador pointed out that it is normal not to reach agreements in some areas with Trump, but both sides have discussed their differences with respect. She also stated that if the Mexican government needs it, she is willing to send the US military to help Mexico combat drug cartels, but she rejected this proposal.
