Sunoco (SUN.US) makes a bold move by acquiring Canadian gas station giant Parkland for 9.1 billion US dollars.

As reported by the Securities Times APP, Sunoco (SUN.US) announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Parkland Corp., one of Canada's largest gas station operators, for approximately $9.1 billion (including debt). According to a statement released on Monday, Sunoco will establish a new publicly listed company called SUNCorp LLC in this transaction.
