The Mexican president said he will not accept the presence of American military on Mexican territory.
On March 3rd local time, Mexican President Lpez Obrador stated that he firmly rejects the proposal by U.S. President Trump to allow U.S. military forces to enter Mexico to combat drug cartels. She emphasized that Mexican territory is inviolable, sovereignty is not negotiable, and she will never accept U.S. military presence on Mexican soil. Lpez Obrador reiterated that Mexico and the United States can cooperate, but the U.S. can only take action within its own territory.
