Jinlita announced on the evening of May 5th that the company was unable to disclose the annual report for 2024 and the first quarter report for 2025 within the statutory deadline. According to relevant regulations, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting on May 6, 2025. If the company fails to disclose the annual report for 2024 within two months after the stock is suspended, the company's stock trading will be subject to delisting risk warning; if the company fails to disclose the annual report for 2024 within two months after the delisting risk warning is implemented, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will decide to terminate the company's stock listing.
