Chuhuan Technology: Zhechu Investment plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 3%

Chu Huan Technology announced on the evening of May 5th that the major shareholder Anji Zhechu Equity Investment Partnership, holding 4.9916 million shares of the company, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.3956 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days.
