Zhongda Lide: Intends to sell 50% equity of Kotech to Yongli Corporation.

On the evening of May 5, Zhongda Lide announced that the company plans to sell 50% of the equity held in Shanghai Ketaike Transmission System Co., Ltd. to Shanghai Yongli Taili Industry Co., Ltd. Ketaike is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of electric drum and related products. Both parties agreed that the final transaction price for 50% equity of Ketaike is 9.2777 million yuan. After this equity transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Ketaike.
