AVIC Aircraft: AVIC Investment intends to transfer 22.68 million shares to the actual controller of the company.

China Aviation announced that its shareholder, China Aviation Investment, plans to transfer the 22.6772 million shares it holds in the company to the actual controller, China Aviation Industry Group, through a non-public agreement transfer. After the transfer is completed, China Aviation Investment will no longer hold company shares, and China Aviation Industry Group will directly hold the company's shares, increasing to 305.379 million shares, accounting for 6.31% of the total number of company shares. This equity change is an internal transfer between shareholders under the same control, and will not result in any changes to the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
