Jiangsu Pizhou: Main urban area provides subsidies for purchasing new houses, with a maximum subsidy of 300,000 yuan for talent purchasing houses.

Recently, the city of Pizhou in Jiangsu Province issued the "Several Opinions on Optimizing the Real Estate Business Environment in Pizhou City to Promote the Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market". Starting from May 1, 2025, individuals purchasing new commercial housing in the main urban area of Pizhou with a construction area below 140 square meters will receive a subsidy of 1.2% of the contract price; for those with a construction area above 140 square meters, the subsidy will be 1.5% of the contract price. For individuals under the age of 40 who are eligible for the policy on introducing young talents, including doctoral students, full-time graduates from regular colleges and universities, and junior college graduates who are employed for the first time in a Pizhou company, they will receive subsidies of 30,000 yuan, 12,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan, and 5,000 yuan respectively when purchasing their first set of new commercial housing in Pizhou. Both spouses can directly use the subsidies together.
