Prince Harry: Want to reconcile, but father ignores me.
According to the website of Qatar's Al Jazeera TV, on May 2, Prince Harry of England expressed his desire to reconcile with his family, but his father King Charles III will not speak to him amid arguments over his security issues. The impact of Prince Harry's departure from the British royal family in 2020 is still ongoing. In an interview with the BBC on May 2, Prince Harry said he believes he cannot bring his wife and children back to the UK. Previously, he had moved to the US with his family. Just hours before the interview aired, Prince Harry lost a legal battle. His request was for continued full protection from the police when returning to the UK. Prince Harry said, "I am willing to reconcile with my family. Life is precious. I don't know how long my father has left. He won't speak to me because of security issues, but reconciliation is a good thing." In response, Buckingham Palace issued a statement, saying "all these issues have been thoroughly reviewed by the courts, and the same conclusion has been reached each time."
