The total provisional tax revenue for the fiscal year 2024/2025 in Hong Kong is HK$374.5 billion.

According to the data, Hong Kong's total tax revenue for the 2024/2025 fiscal year is estimated to be 374.5 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of about 10% year-on-year. Among them, salaries tax is 88.9 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of about 11% year-on-year, while profits tax and stamp duty are expected to increase by about 4% and 30% respectively. The Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Department, David Chan, stated that the department had issued around 2.66 million individual tax returns for the 2024/2025 fiscal year on that day. In addition, the estimated tax revenue for the 2025/2026 fiscal year is 401.4 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 7% compared to the previous year.
