Weson Financial Technology (02003): The company's minimum public shareholding has been restored.

Zhitong Finance APP News, VTX Financial Technology (02003) announced that, according to Part XV of the "Securities and Futures Ordinance" (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong), disclosure of interests notice submitted by HighLoyal Management Limited ("HighLoyal") and Mr. Guo Yan and Ms. Guo Zhang Xiufen (each controlling 50% interests in HighLoyal) on April 29, 2025: (1) HighLoyal's shareholding in the company has been reduced to 48,746,970 shares, representing 9.96% of the total issued shares; (2) Mr. Guo and Ms. Guo are also considered to have reduced their shareholdings in the company to 48.747 million shares, representing 9.96% of the total issued shares; and (3) HighLoyal, Mr. Guo and Ms. Guo are no longer considered major shareholders and core related persons of the company, and the shares held by HighLoyal (with Mr. Guo and Ms. Guo considered to have interests in such shares) are included as part of the public shareholding of the company.
