Brazil's Priore company has agreed to acquire ownership rights in the Peregrino oil field.

In a document, Pryo Company stated that it has signed a contract with the Brazilian-Norwegian National Oil Company, acquiring 60% equity and operational rights of the Peregrino and Pitangola oil fields. The transaction will add 202 million barrels of 1P+1C reserves and resources to the company. The agreement is divided into two parts: acquiring 40% shares of the oil field and obtaining operational rights; and acquiring 20% equity. As a result, the Peregrino oil field will be fully owned and operated by Pryo Company. The total value of these transactions will reach $3.35 billion.
