Huang Zhijie has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, and no longer serves as chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee and nomination committee; and 2. Lin Weiqiao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee and nomination committee.
