Our country has established 903 national wetland parks, effectively protecting 2.4 million hectares of wetlands.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of national wetland parks. The National Forestry and Grassland Administration announced today that over the past 20 years, China has been promoting the construction of national wetland parks with high quality. A total of 903 national wetland parks have been established, effectively protecting 2.4 million hectares of wetlands nationwide, providing ample space for the habitat and reproduction of key wildlife and plants in the country.
