According to the official WeChat account "Zhenjiang Release", the departments of housing construction, finance, natural resources and planning, commerce, health, taxation, and housing provident fund in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province recently jointly launched six policies to support citizens in buying houses. For employees who contribute to the housing provident fund and meet the relevant regulations for housing provident fund loans in Zhenjiang City, the maximum individual loan amount for employees has been increased from 50,000 RMB to 70,000 RMB; the maximum loan amount for employee families has been increased from 80,000 RMB to 100,000 RMB. Employee families who have given birth to a second child or more in accordance with the national policy, can purchase self-occupied housing and apply for the first housing provident fund loan. The maximum loan amount for families with a second child has been increased by 20,000 RMB on top of the maximum amount in Zhenjiang City, and for families with three or more children, the maximum loan amount has been increased by 30,000 RMB on top of the maximum amount in Zhenjiang City. At the same time, it supports real estate development enterprises with certain conditions to pilot the sale of stocked residential properties in the form of shared ownership to specific groups, in order to meet the housing needs of different groups and promote the "rent first, buy later" housing consumption model.
