Hong Kong car accident leaves 22 injured, 4 in serious condition.

A traffic accident occurred on Hong Kong West Kowloon Highway around 12:30 on the 1st. A bus suspected of hitting the anti-collision barrier at a fork in the road resulted in at least 22 people being injured, including 4 with serious injuries. The cause of the accident is under investigation. It is reported that the accident vehicle was heading towards the airport along the West Kowloon Highway, with the windshields of both levels of the bus shattered, and there were bloodstains on the lower rear seat and upper front of the bus. 12 fire trucks and 16 ambulances arrived at the scene for rescue, with rescue personnel setting up triage stations to treat the injured on site. Some passengers were bandaged in ambulances before being sent to Princess Margaret Hospital, Caritas Medical Centre, and Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment. Citybus Limited in Hong Kong has stated that they will actively cooperate with the police, and have initiated an internal investigation to thoroughly understand the details of the accident.
