Sumitomo will sell 50% of the shares of its subsidiary, the operator of a coal-fired power plant in Vietnam.

Sumitomo Corporation of Japan announced on the 1st that it will transfer 50% of its shares in its Vietnamese subsidiary, Van Phong Power Company, which operates a coal-fired power plant. The transfer amount has not been disclosed.
