From January to April, the total investment of the top 100 real estate companies has shown a year-on-year positive growth in all three indicators.

According to data from the research center of CRIC, from January to April, the land acquisition amount of the top 100 real estate companies increased by 42% year-on-year, the new value increased by 23.6% year-on-year, and the total building area increased by 3.2% year-on-year. The three indicators of the total investment of the top 100 real estate companies are all increasing year-on-year, indicating that the investment enthusiasm of these companies is rebounding.
