"May Day" holiday Changsha, hundreds of special deals to give benefits.

On April 30, 2025, the "Stay in Changsha and Enjoy Life" activity officially kicked off during the May Day holiday, with more than 150 properties participating in promotional discounts to offer major benefits to homebuyers from both inside and outside the province. This event was guided by the Changsha Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and hosted by the Changsha Real Estate Trading Industry Association and the Changsha Real Estate Agent Association. It innovatively introduced three major initiatives: "Benefit from a Hundred Companies, Broadcast on a Thousand Screens, and Promote by Ten Thousand People".
