It was learned from the Shanghai General Station of Immigration Inspection that during the "May Day" holiday in 2025, the total number of passengers entering and leaving the Shanghai ports is expected to reach 594,000, with an average of 119,000 per day, an increase of about 30.7% compared to the "May Day" holiday in 2024. Among them, the number of inbound and outbound passengers at Pudong International Airport is expected to be 507,000, with an average of 101,000 per day; the number of inbound and outbound passengers at Hongqiao International Airport is expected to be 50,000, with an average of 10,000 per day.
