Microsoft announced impressive financial results for the third quarter of the 2025 fiscal year (ending March 31) in the gaming business. Mainly benefiting from the continued popularity of two major IPs, "Call of Duty" and "Minecraft", as well as the rapid growth of Xbox Game Pass subscription users, overall gaming revenue increased by 5%. Microsoft's Xbox content and services revenue grew by 8% year-on-year. It is reported that Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella revealed during the earnings conference call that Xbox Cloud Gaming usage exceeded 1.5 billion hours for the first time, while PC Game Pass revenue surged by 45% year-on-year.
