According to a report by Nikkei Economic News, the Bank of Japan is likely to lower its forecast for real domestic gross domestic product at its policy meeting on Thursday. Nikkei said that the Bank of Japan may downgrade its projections for real GDP growth in fiscal years 2025 and 2026 to below 1.0%.
