Trump golf club and villa area will settle in Qatar.

According to reports on the signing ceremony between the developer Qatar Diar Real Estate Company and Dar Global, journalist reported that US President Trump's international golf club will be located in the newly built resort of Simaisma in northern Qatar, becoming his brand's first project in Qatar. It is reported that Trump will visit Doha in May, marking his first visit to a Gulf country since his re-election as US President. Qatar Diar Company stated that "The Trump Golf Club project covers an area of approximately 790,000 square meters, located within the 8 million square meters Simaisma Resort complex project". The Trump project will be integrated into the larger Simaisma tourism development plan, aimed at reshaping the east coast of Qatar. The resort will feature a 650-square-kilometer themed amusement park called "Land of Legends", a cluster of hotels, and a marina. This will be the first project of the Trump brand in Qatar and will further expand its influence in the Arab Gulf countries.
