Vibrant Group resubmitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to documents from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 30th, Viva Group Holdings Limited resubmitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with joint sponsors being CMB International Securities and Minsheng Capital. Previously, the company's Hong Kong stock listing application submitted on October 29, 2024 expired after six months on April 29, 2025.
