The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reports that TianTu Investment (01973.HK) announced that on April 30, 2025, the board of directors approved a resolution regarding the proposed issuance of medium-term notes. The total amount of this medium-term notes issuance shall not exceed 200 million yuan (including 200 million yuan), and it is planned to be issued at one time or in installments. The funds raised from this medium-term notes issuance are intended to be used for repaying interest-bearing debts (including repaying maturing corporate bonds), supplementing working capital, equity investments, and other purposes in compliance with laws and regulations.
