Watson Biotech announced that on April 30, 2025, the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Director Huang Zhen. Mr. Huang Zhen resigned from the position of director of the fifth Board of Directors of the company for personal reasons, and the resignation takes effect when the report is delivered to the Board of Directors.
