Zhigong Financial APP information, Tongdao Recruitment (06100.HK) announced that due to most of the stock options granted on March 31, 2020, expiring due to employee departures, only one eligible existing grantee still holds 100,000 outstanding stock options. On April 30, 2025, considering that the exercise price of the granted stock options remains higher than the current market price of the shares, and the granted stock options cannot achieve the incentive purpose for the eligible existing grantees, the board of directors decided to cancel a total of 100,000 granted stock options and offer a total of 100,000 new stock options as a substitute to the eligible existing grantees.
