Jiayuan Health: Plans to acquire limited partnership equity of 80 million yuan

Jiazhaoye Health Announcement, on April 30, 2025, the buyer, seller and ordinary partners entered into a transfer agreement, thereby, the buyer conditionally agreed to acquire, and the seller conditionally agreed to sell, the target limited partnership interests, for a total price of 80 million yuan.
