Jiangbailong announced that the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.1598 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital of the company through centralized bidding trading from May 27, 2025 to August 26, 2025.
