Karen Corporation announced that shareholder Lu Lijun, who holds 7.35% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 9 million shares, or 2.43% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding and/or block trading methods from May 27, 2025 to August 26, 2025.
