The reduction plan involved reducing no more than 16,781,081 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. The actual reduction involved 2,861,700 shares, accounting for 0.17% of the total share capital, which did not meet the original reduction plan. The reduction price range was 9.00 to 9.14 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 25,857,274.00 yuan. Currently, CITIC Securities Investment holds 13,919,381 shares of China Gold, accounting for 0.83% of the company's total share capital.
