The State Drug Administration held a symposium on strengthening the management of changes after the listing of drugs in the Yangtze River Delta region.

On April 28th, the State Drug Administration held a seminar in Shanghai on strengthening the management of changes in drug products after they are marketed in the Yangtze River Delta region. Huang Guo, a member of the Party Group of the National Drug Administration and deputy director, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting emphasized the need to implement the requirements for comprehensive and in-depth reform of drug supervision, strengthen supervision of the entire life cycle of drugs, and continuously enhance regulatory capacity building. Post-market changes in drug products are an important part of drug life cycle management, and the Yangtze River Delta region should leverage its advantages in industry clustering, take the lead in trying out new approaches, and improve the standardization and informatization of post-market change management of drugs.
