HMVOD video (08103.HK): The High Court of Hong Kong has issued a recognition order for the application.

The Zhitong financial APP reported that HMVOD Video (08103.HK) announced that on April 30, 2025, the High Court of Hong Kong issued a recognition order in response to the petition, decreeing that despite the petition having been filed, all transfers of shares issued and fully paid by any company from March 14, 2025 shall not be invalid under Section 182 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance.
