LG Chem's operating profit in the first quarter increased by 68.9% year-on-year.

LG Chem released its first quarter performance for 2025: sales revenue was 12.171 trillion Korean won, operating profit was 447 billion Korean won. Compared to the same period last year, sales revenue and operating profit increased by 4.8% and 68.9% respectively. Compared to the previous quarter, sales revenue decreased by 1.3%, and operating profit turned from a loss to a profit.
