Weirlei (300190.SZ) subsidiary signs cooperation agreement with Suzhou Shan Ying Paper Industry on biogas purification project.

Intelligent Financial APP News, Weili (300190.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Weili (Changzhou) Bioenergy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weili Bioenergy") signed a "Biogas Purification Project Cooperation Agreement" with Shanying Paper Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Shanying Paper Industry"). According to the contract, Weili Bioenergy will invest in and operate a biogas purification project at the Suzhou Shanying Paper Industry plant, using their land to purify and sell the biogas resources produced at the plant as bio-natural gas into the gas pipeline network. The project has a 10-year operation period, divided into two phases, starting from the actual production date of the second phase. The project will process a total of 80,000 cubic meters of biogas per day in the first and second phases, producing approximately 54,800 cubic meters of bio-natural gas per day. According to calculations, the project is expected to generate sales revenue of over 47 million yuan per year for the first and second phases, with a total revenue of over 470 million yuan over the 10-year operation period.
