General Administration of Customs Clarifies Matters Regarding Destruction and Return of Cross-border E-commerce Goods

In order to further regulate the destruction of bonded imported inventory goods purchased through cross-border e-commerce and the supervision of the return of imported and exported goods, promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce, the General Administration of Customs has issued a notice clarifying the customs supervision methods and codes applicable to the destruction of bonded imported inventory goods purchased online and the declaration of return of imported and exported goods.
