On April 30, according to data from the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, as of March 2025, securities and futures firms had a total of 1,463 private equity management products filed, an increase of 76.69% from the previous month and 94.03% year-on-year; with a total establishment size of 688.20 billion yuan, an increase of 50.51% from the previous month and 28.82% year-on-year. By the end of March 2025, the total size of private equity management products of securities and futures firms reached 11.84 trillion yuan, a decrease of 338.15 billion yuan from the previous month, down 2.77% month-on-month.
