Weili: Sign biogas purification project, cooperation period of 10 years.

Weirli Announcement: Weirli Bioenergy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a "Biogas Purification Project Cooperation Agreement" with Shanying Paper Co., Ltd. The project has an operating period of 10 years and will be constructed in two phases, starting from the actual start-up date of phase two. The daily processing capacity of biogas in phases one and two of the project is 80,000 cubic meters/day, corresponding to a daily production of approximately 54,800 cubic meters of biomethane. According to calculations, the project is expected to generate annual sales revenue of over 47 million yuan in phases one and two, with a projected total revenue of over 470 million yuan over the 10-year operating period.
