Industrial Securities appoints Jiang Jianfei as Chief Information Officer

On April 30th, Guotai Junan Securities announced that the board of directors has agreed to appoint Jiang Jianfei as the company's Chief Information Officer, with a term until the expiration of the Sixth Board of Directors.
