Geely Automobile (00175.HK) subsidiary plans to sell 41.5% equity in Geely Xindwanda to focus on core business and optimize cash flow.

Zhixin Financial News App reported that Geely Automobile (00175.HK) announced that on April 30, 2025, Zhejiang Jirun (an affiliate of the company), Geely Automobile Group, and Zhejiang Jiyao signed a share transfer agreement. According to the agreement, Zhejiang Jirun and Geely Automobile Group have conditionally agreed to sell 41.5% and 28.5% equity of Geely Xindra to Zhejiang Jiyao, for a total price of 49.8 million yuan and 34.2 million yuan respectively.
