Shaanxi Black Cat: Wang Wenjun resigns as director

On April 30, Shaanxi Heimaot Company announced that the board of directors had received a resignation report from director Wang Wenjun. Wang Wenjun resigned from his position as director of the company due to reaching the retirement age, and will no longer hold any position within the company after his resignation. Wang Wenjun's resignation from the board of directors did not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors. His resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors.
