HanYu Pharmaceutical: wholly-owned subsidiary HanYu Wuhan successfully completed the re-certification as a national high-tech enterprise.

Hanyu Pharmaceutical announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hanyu Wuhan recently received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate", with the issuance date of December 16, 2024, and a validity period of three years. Hanyu Wuhan has previously filed tax returns and prepayments at a 15% corporate income tax rate. The reassessment of the high-tech enterprise status will not have a significant impact on the company's operational performance.
