Bai Xinyu, the supervisor of Bohai Bank, is proposed to be appointed as the secretary of the Party Committee of state-controlled enterprises in Tianjin.

The Organization Department of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee announced the pre-appointment publicity for cadres, which showed that Bai Xinyu, the current vice secretary of the Party Committee, supervisor chairman, and chairman of the trade union of Bohai Bank, is expected to be appointed as the secretary of the Party Committee of a municipal state-owned enterprise, and appointed as the chairman of the board of the municipal state-owned enterprise.
