The 8th China Digital Construction Summit "Forum on Data Infrastructure and Data Standardization" was held in Fuzhou.

The National Bureau of Statistics successfully held the 8th Digital China Construction Summit "Data Infrastructure and Data Standardization Sub-forum" in Fuzhou on the morning of April 30. Liu Liehong, member of the Party Group of the National Development and Reform Commission and Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, and Jiang Erxiong, Vice Governor of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, attended the forum and delivered speeches. Liu Liehong pointed out that the public nature of the construction and operation of national data infrastructure determines the "people-benefiting base color" and is the result and sublimation of the universal application of digital technology, requiring broad participation from the whole society and support from standards. Next, the National Bureau of Statistics will continue to take the lead in promoting convergence and integration of technical routes such as digital sandbox and trusted data space, start the construction of the main structure of data infrastructure, conduct research on major issues, speed up the construction of relevant standards, and focus on planning guidance, project traction, institutional guarantees, and standard guidance. Jiang Erxiong pointed out that Fujian Province has always adhered to the construction of Digital Fujian as a fundamental and leading project for high-quality development, promoting the integrated development of data infrastructure and standardization. In the next step, Fujian Province will continue to promote high-quality development of regional data hubs, tackle core technologies, and strengthen security barriers.
