On April 29, 2025, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that it had made a final ruling on a 337 investigation on certain smart televisions: The initial ruling made by the administrative judge on April 7, 2025, will not be reviewed, as the applicant has withdrawn the case, terminating the investigation of all appeals on U.S. Registered Patent No. 11,924,502.
